Where We Deliver
Four counties. One standard.
Black Tie Event Rentals serves Los Angeles, Ventura, Orange and Riverside counties — vineyards, private estates, coastal bluffs, working ranches and production lots.
Wherever your event is, delivery, setup, leveling and pickup are handled by our team. You don't coordinate anything on the day.
Los angeles county
From canyon estates above Malibu to private gardens in Pasadena and production lots across the valley, Los Angeles County asks more of a restroom trailer than anywhere else we serve — tight access, uneven ground, and guests who notice everything.

Serving: Malibu · Calabasas · Topanga · Pasadena · Altadena · Santa Monica · Beverly Hills · Santa Clarita · Long Beach · and throughout the county.
ventura county
Ojai ranches, citrus and avocado groves, coastal properties around Ventura and Oxnard. Many of the county's best venues are working land — beautiful, and rarely built with plumbing in mind.

Serving:  Ojai · Ventura · Camarillo · Thousand Oaks · Oxnard · Santa Paula · Moorpark · Somis · and throughout the county.
orange county
Coastal estates, harbourfront venues and historic properties from Newport through Laguna and down to Dana Point. Outdoor events close to the water, where the evening turns colder than anyone expects.

Serving: Newport Beach · Laguna Beach · Dana Point · San Juan Capistrano · Irvine · Yorba Linda · Anaheim · and throughout the county.
riverside county
Temecula wine country and the estates of the Coachella Valley. Long summer days, wide open sites, and events where climate control stops being a luxury and starts being the point.

Serving: Temecula · Murrieta · Corona · Palm Springs · Palm Desert · La Quinta · Indio · Idyllwild ·
and throughout the county.
